Pala Raceway


Pala Raceway shares a strong interest in community development. The company is committed to working closely with Pala Band of Mission Indians to ensure that the property improvements are designed to enhance the master environmental plan. Park-like settings, picnic areas, children’s play areas, and premium camping facilities are all designed to create a memorable family vacation or televised major event. Every part of the property will be designed to create a fun, safe, and drug free environment that the Pala Band of Mission Indians, neighborhood, community and county will be proud of.

Located in North San Diego County, an approximate 25-minute drive from Oceanside, and just a few minutes from I-15 and Highway 76, near the Popular Pala Casino Resort and Spa.

Please note that all of the following items will be phased in over the next eighteen to 24 months of operation. Certain projects have already been started, while others shall be evaluated and planned based on guest/rider input and demand.

  • Pala Raceway will utilize a three process watering system that allows optimum track conditions for our riders and dust control for our neighbors and environment.
  • Pala Raceway Plans to construct private garages with power, air, and roll-up doors. Keep your bike and gear at Pala Raceway, under 24 hour security.
  • Pala Raceway is planning on building an outdoor park for family enjoyment, suitable for picnicking, BBQs, and small outdoor events.
  • All plans/amenities/services/buildings are subject to change at anytime.

Mandatory Stock Memberships will remain at $20 per person per year. This membership and renewal will still include a Free Pala Raceway T-Shirt, Free Ride on your birthday, and discounts on products and events.

TDV

The Tribal Digital Village Network (TDVNet) was created with the intent to bring Internet connectivity to the member tribes of SCTCA and empower their people. The Tribal Digital Village(TDV) is a continued set of objectives to help SCTCA achieve its mission thru technology, first and foremost, devised by the community leaders to handle the technical aspects of meeting its mission statement. The primary mission of Southern California Tribal Chairmen's Association (SCTCA) is to serve the health, welfare, safety, education, cultural, economic and employment needs of its tribal members and descendants in the San Diego County urban areas.
